Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a snapshot of your sales activity, pipeline health, and conversion performance. It helps you quickly understand how your Leads and Deals are progressing and how your team is performing for the selected period.
Dashboard Overview
The top section of the Dashboard displays key metrics related to Leads, Deals, and revenue. These metrics update automatically based on the selected filters, unless stated otherwise.
Key metrics include:
Open Deals
Pipeline Value
Deals Won and Deals Lost
Revenue Won
Average Deal Value
Sales Cycle Length
Win Rate
New Leads
Conversion Rate
Some metrics (such as Open Deals and Pipeline Value) always reflect the current state of your pipeline and are not affected by the date filter.
Metrics Definitions
Open Deals
Number of currently active (not Won or Lost) Deals. This metric is not affected by the date filter.
Pipeline Value
Total value of all open (not Won or Lost) Deals across all stages. This metric is not affected by the date filter.
Deals Won
Number of Deals marked as Won in the selected period.
Deals Lost
Number of Deals marked as Lost in the selected period.
Revenue Won
Total revenue generated from Deals marked as Won in the selected period.
Average Deal Value
Average value of Deals marked as Won in the selected period.
Sales Cycle Length
Average Sales Cycle Length in days, calculated as the difference between the Deal Creation Date and Close Date, for Deals closed in the selected period.
Win Rate
Percentage of Won Deals out of all closed Deals (Won + Lost) in the selected period.
New Leads
Number of new Leads created in the selected period.
Conversion Rate
Percentage of Leads created in the selected period that were converted into Deals.
Pipeline Funnels
The Pipeline Funnels section visualizes how Deals are distributed across stages in your pipeline.
Pipeline Funnel shows the number of Deals in each stage.
Pipeline Value Funnel shows the total Deal value per stage.
Clicking on funnel values opens a filtered view of Deals for the selected pipeline stage and date range, allowing you to quickly explore the underlying data.
These charts help identify bottlenecks and understand where most value is concentrated in your pipeline.
Revenue Trend
The Revenue Trend chart shows how revenue from Won Deals changes over time.
You can switch between Daily, Weekly, and Monthly views to better analyze revenue patterns and spikes.
Filters
The Dashboard supports multiple filters to refine the displayed data.
Date Filter
Select predefined periods (such as 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) or choose additional options like 6 months, 12 months, Year-To-Date (YTD), or a custom date range.
Assignees Filter
You can select one or multiple assignees to view metrics for specific users.
If no assignee is selected, data for all users is shown.
Additional Controls
Some charts include additional controls (for example, time grouping options) to adjust how data is displayed.
The Dashboard updates automatically when filters are changed, allowing you to quickly explore performance trends from different perspectives.
