End User Agreement

Atlassian offers the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement (“Bonterms Standard Agreement”) as a streamlined end-user contracting option in the Atlassian Marketplace.

Mria Labs Inc. as a trusted Atlassian Marketplace Partner accepts and adopts the Bonterms Standard Agreement for our Cloud apps. Using this standard agreement complies with the legal requirements for listing apps in the cloud while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

In addition to the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement, Mria Labs Inc. includes the following Provider-Specific Terms to the base agreement:

• Mria Labs Inc. will provide Support for the Product as described in the Support section.

• Mria Labs Inc. will adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA).
