Features & Fixes Included

Reports

  • Added the Pipeline by Stage report — open Deals grouped by Deal Stage, with a Weighted amount (Deal amount × Probability) forecast and an amount-weighted probability per stage. See Reports.

  • Added the Deal Contacts by Product report — Deals and their Contacts grouped by Product, with contact emails for outreach. Each product group shows the number of linked Deals and Contacts; in the CSV export, Product is always the first column.

Security

  • Resolved third-party dependency vulnerabilities flagged by Snyk. Routine security maintenance.

📅 June 9, 2026 — Gmail on Deals & Cancel Pending Emails

Version: 5.1.0

Features & Fixes Included

Gmail Integration — Deals

  • Extended Gmail Integration to Deal records -Deals now have an Emails tab.

  • Emails of every Contact linked to a Deal are synced and shown on the Deal, and you can compose and send directly from the Deal.

  • When a Deal has multiple Contacts, the To field is pre-filled with all of them (each a removable chip), so you can email one or several in a single message - sent as one email with multiple To addresses and linked to the Deal and each recipient Contact.

  • Because a Deal's Contacts belong to the Deal's Company, the recipient list is scoped to that Company.

Gmail Integration — Cancel pending email

  • Added a Cancel action on outgoing emails while they are still Pending (queued for the next 5-minute sync). Cancelling removes the queued email before it is sent.

  • Sync is interval-based, so if a sync is already running at the moment you cancel, the email may still be sent (no duplicate or error).

Security

  • Resolved third-party dependency vulnerabilities flagged by Snyk. Routine security maintenance.

📅 May 28, 2026 — Custom Fields & Gmail Integration Goes Live

Version: 5.0.0

Area

Features & Fixes Included

Area

Features & Fixes Included

Custom Fields

Introduced Custom Fields across all five core entities — Leads, Deals, Contacts, Companies, and Products. Ten field types are supported: Short text, Paragraph, Dropdown, Multi-select, Labels (with optional suggested labels), Number, Date, Timestamp, People, and URL. Each field appears on the entity's detail page in the More fields section, as optional columns in list views (via Customize table), in the filter panel, and in CSV exports. Custom fields are also supported in Leads Import, Contacts Import, and Companies Import.

Lead → Deal custom-field copy

When converting a Lead to a Deal, custom fields with the same name and the same type on both entities now carry their values over automatically. See Custom Fields for the full rule and example.

Change log for custom fields

Every custom-field edit on a Lead or Deal is recorded on the record's Timeline tab — who changed which field, when, and the value before and after. History is preserved even after a field is deleted.

Gmail Integration

Gmail Integration is now live — the scopes prepared in 4.3.0 are active, and Gmail sync runs in both directions every 5 minutes for connected accounts. Added CC recipients when composing emails from a Contact or Lead. Added links to the Gmail Connector banner in the Emails panel after approval, plus several smaller Gmail fixes and stability improvements.

Dashboard & Reports

Added the "All Pipelines" option to the Deals page, the Dashboard's Pipeline Funnels selector, and deal-based Reports — stages with identical names across pipelines (such as Won and Lost) are aggregated into a single row when this option is selected. Added a Total row below each table in Reports, including the Performance by Assignee Report. Improved the assignee filter across Dashboard and Reports. Deal probability is now available in reports and filters. When exporting with the Contact name column, an Email column is now included automatically.

Bug Fixes

Kanban: total of Lost Deals is now calculated correctly. Re-linking a board no longer fails after unlinking the previous one. Lead creation no longer fails when the default New status has been deleted. Products search in Leads and Reports now scrolls correctly.
